No Cramps Before Period This Month

EATING OUT A PIC-NIC TORGNON

Here I am with the appointment of ' eating out! .
After the trip to the beach for par conditio could not miss a stop in the mountains, taking advantage of good weather and snow remained.
The goal of the trip is Torgnon.
Torgnon is a town of 538 inhabitants, between 800 and 3,320 meters above sea level, belonging to Valtournenche Valley side of the Valle d'Aosta .
Part of Comunità Montana Monte Cervino .
One of the main economic resources Torgnon is tourism, especially winter, thanks to this ski area near the resort is equipped with facilities that allow you to get off on beautiful trails and within reach of even novice skiers; beautiful then for cross-country skiing that emerge from the forest to offer wide views and beautiful landscapes.
Torgnon then there is little but certainly full of surprises such as the hospitality.
In the village there are no major grocery stores but I can assure you that the main supermarket is well stocked and also contains products of local producers deserve to be nominated
products of A griturismo Boule de Neige in the hamlet. Mazod 16, about 4 km. after the town.
produce cheese, milk, butter and yogurt that taste of good and very natural and are affected by the influence of nature.
Definitely try the cheese Bleu Torgnon, producing only them, intense blue-veined cheese and spicy.
So if after a good skiing is not quite a nice sandwich and cheese from local producers not only have to go out to eat here instead and there are many proposals.
you will be offered traditional dishes Valle d'Aosta - such as pancakes, polenta and polenta accompanied by meat (stew carbonade, sausage, game)-local meats including cured beef, and between what I particularly liked the bacon with chestnuts in honey
Now I offer my version that I know is slightly different from theirs, but it's still good.

premise that the doses are a bit 'significant, depending on whether you want to get a plate of appetizers or something more substantial

100 GR Lard ARNAD
10 CHESTNUT CLEAN AND COOKED
2 tablespoons chestnut honey
a pinch of butter

Arrange the bacon slices on a plate Arnad. Meanwhile
take the chestnuts that have previously cleaned and cooked and lightly crush with a fork.
Heat up the honey and a pinch of butter melts and just pour the chestnuts.
Turn off the heat and stir in sauce.
Allow to cool slightly and then pour over the dish also by dripping the liquid onto the fat.

Next time, however, I promised that they will try to taste a typical specialty the "dumplings dau" of polenta, topped with radicchio and an infusion of cheese!

I hope to have you as always inspired a great trip, where after a good walk or skiing I'm sure we pamper you with delicious foods.
soon!
