Sample Of Anneversary Speech

a special bread



You know why I never denied that my quality of bread are practically reduced to zero!
But for once, I told myself why not jump, do not do much, then we prepare to close up even a soup so bad that I divide the bread into pieces and throw it into the soup.
As you can see the squalid conditions did think of two attempts to fix a meal! The result
:.... AMAZING, my husband has put them both in the top ten recipes winter and I therefore can only riproporgliele and especially to continue my experiments with bread since then have been widely scolded for having made so little!

, the recipes are easy and really amazing especially you will find it reassuring that the fragrance will emanate from your kitchen: seven grain bread with walnuts with creamy salted butter with mushrooms.

X bread:
250 GR FLOUR MILL TO 7 CERIALE SPADONI
30 GR 10 GR OIL NUTS
140 ml lukewarm water 1 teaspoon salt
1 SUGAR SPOON
½ tablespoon baking POWDER

dough Combine flour with salt and then add yeast and a tablespoon of sugar.

La sera prima mettere in ammollo i funghi secchi in acqua per reidratarli.
Il giorno dopo preparare un roux scaldando il burro in una padella a fuoco basso, aggiungendo la farina e mescolando fino a quando la farina non è completamente incorporata nel burro.
Quando si sarà ben amalgamato incorporare il latte e i funghi ammollati.
Continuare la cottura continuando a rimestare in modo che i sapori si amalgamino e non si formino grumi.
Appena inizia ad addensarsi regolare di sale e pepe, aggiungere a few leaves of marjoram.
Turn off the heat immediately and serve piping hot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over and accompanied by slices of walnut bread.
